Terms of service

1. Who you are agreeing with

Otto Lab is operated by Andrew's Ecommerce LLC. Using the app, including the free runs, means you accept these terms.

2. Your account

One account is for one person. Keep your password to yourself; anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us at hello@ottolab.io if you think somebody else has gotten into it.

New accounts are not available in Pakistan or India. Sign-up checks where the connection comes from, the device's time zone and the email address, and turns the sign-up down if any of them points to either country.

3. What you get

Both paid plans, the monthly plan and the one-time payment, include every pipeline and tool in the app, unlimited brands, teams, the Winning ads library, Growth Board, Research Workbench and Triple Whale, plus every pipeline and feature added later, for as long as your plan is active. Three runs on one brand are free before any payment; the Research Pack, the Video Ad Generator, the Shopify Builders, the Code Builders, the tools, Generate, Backup, the Winning ads library and Triple Whale come with a paid plan. A run is one whole pipeline, and a run you have started keeps going to its last stage. On the free plan the run ends once that stage is done, and it never goes past 60 replies.

4. You bring your own model key

Otto Lab does not include AI model usage. You supply your own Anthropic API key, Anthropic bills you directly for what your runs use, and that cost is separate from what you pay us and outside our control. You are responsible for your Personal API key and for following Anthropic's own terms. If that key stops working, the pipelines and tools stop working, and that is not a fault of the app.

The same goes for media keys. If you save a Kie AI, Fal AI or Higgsfield key and press Generate, that service bills you directly for each generation, under its own terms and prices.

5. What the pipelines produce is yours

Everything you create with Otto Lab, in the free runs as well as paid ones, belongs to you. We claim no ownership of it. You give us a limited license to use what you put into Otto Lab and what it makes for you, only to run the service for you: to store it, so you do not have to enter the same inputs again; to process it in your runs and tools; to send it to the providers that do the work, which are Anthropic and, when you press Generate, Kie AI, Fal AI or Higgsfield; and to show it to the people you share it with, such as your team or anyone with a review link you made. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not train anything on your work. The license ends when you delete that content or your account, except that backup copies are gone within 30 days, as the Privacy page explains.

6. And you are responsible for it

The pipelines and tools research and write; they do not verify. Copy, claims, statistics and Statics that come out of a run or a report are drafts, and the responsibility for what you publish is yours. Check anything a claim rests on before it goes in front of customers, particularly in regulated categories such as supplements, health, finance and anything aimed at children. Some of what a pipeline writes will be wrong, and the app marks what it could not verify precisely because that happens.

7. What you may not do

• Share, resell or sublicense your account or your access, other than by inviting people to your team
• Extract or copy the pipeline instructions themselves, which are the product
• Use the app to produce anything unlawful, deceptive or infringing
• Attack or overload the service, or work around the free plan's limits

8. Payment

Payments are taken by Whop. The monthly plan renews until canceled; the one-time payment does not renew. Prices can change, and a change never applies to a one-time payment already made. See Refunds: the monthly plan can be refunded within 3 days of your first payment, and the one-time payment cannot.

9. Ending it

On the monthly plan, you can stop any time by canceling on your billing page at Whop. Deleting your account in Settings does not cancel a payment, so cancel first. We can suspend an account that breaks section 7. If we ever shut the service down we will give reasonable notice so you can take your work out.

10. No guarantees about results

Otto Lab is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we make no promise about sales, performance or any other business outcome. Advertising results depend on your product, your offer and your market, none of which we control.

11. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Andrew's Ecommerce LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit or lost advertising spend, and total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.

13. Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Carrying on using the app after a change means accepting it.
