That is the address for everything: support, billing, a bug, a question about the terms, or anything you want deleted. Otto Lab is operated by Andrew's Ecommerce LLC.

What to put in it

Include the email address on your account, and if something went wrong, roughly when. If a run or a tool went wrong, its name and what you asked it for is usually enough for us to find it. With those details we can usually answer in one reply.

Things you do not need to email about

• Canceling the monthly plan. Do it on your billing page at Whop, where you paid. You do not need to ask us and you do not need to give a reason.
• Deleting your account and your work. Do it in Settings, under Delete this account. It happens right away and cannot be undone. If you are on the monthly plan, cancel it at Whop first.
• A refund. The monthly plan can be refunded within 3 days of your first payment. See Refunds.
