Refunds
The short version: the monthly plan has a 3-day refund on your first payment. Nothing else is refunded, unless we made a mistake such as charging you twice.
The monthly plan
If you ask within 3 days of your first $12.99 payment, we refund it in full. Write to hello@ottolab.io from the email address on the account. Your access ends when the refund goes through.
Renewals are not refunded. That covers every payment after the first, including a month you have only just been charged for.
Canceling the monthly plan
You can cancel at any time. Canceling stops the next payment. Your access lasts until the end of the period you have already paid for, not the moment you cancel.
Cancel from your billing page on Whop, which is where the payment was made. You do not need to ask us to do it and you do not need to give a reason.
The one-time payment
The $2,500 one-time payment is not refunded. It does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel, and it cannot be moved to another person or account.
Try it before you pay
Three runs are free and Otto Lab asks for no card. They give the same output as a paid account, on one brand. The Research Pack, the Video Ad Generator, the Shopify Builders, the Code Builders, the tools, Generate, Backup, the Winning ads library and Triple Whale come with a paid plan. Whatever you make in them is yours to keep whether you pay or not. You still pay Anthropic for the AI on your own key, as explained below.
If something is actually broken
If a pipeline or tool does not work, or you have been charged twice, or your account is not showing what you paid for, write to hello@ottolab.io and we will sort it out. Tell us the email address on the account and roughly when it happened.
Your own model costs are separate
Otto Lab runs on your own Anthropic API key, and Anthropic bills you directly for what your runs use. We never see that money and cannot refund it. It is not part of what you pay us. The same goes for Kie AI, Fal AI and Higgsfield, which bill your own media key for every generation.
